 Provencher Custom Homes Goes Green

Today, Provencher Custom Homes announced it will undertake a “Green” initiative. President, Joe Provencher, says “we’re committed to a green strategy that balances our use of fine woods and materials with the concepts of reuse, recycling and high efficiency.” Partnering in this strategy with Home Technics, and various suppliers, Provencher will be upgrading many of its standards to increase automation, enhance mechanical efficiencies and reuse wherever possible in support of its “Green” strategy. “Our chief partner in this effort, Home Technics has really come to the table with some great ideas and energy around this whole topic. It will take some time to get there fully, but we have taken the first step and will continue to adjust our supply chain and practices,” says Provencher.
